Tesla Online Application
The hiring process starts with an online application.
You can see if there are any suitable jobs for you by searching via city or job title on the Tesla careers page.
To apply for a job, you’ll need to create an account. You’ll then be asked to upload your CV, and fill out a profile including details of your relevant skills and experience.
The Tesla recruiters will then review your application and if they deem it successful you’ll be invited for a phone interview.
Tesla phone Interviews
The hiring manager or an internal recruiter will arrange to phone you and speak about your application in more detail.
As well as the information you submitted, they’ll also want to know why you want to work for Tesla, and if you have any additional skills or experience that might make you suitable for the role.
It’s important to be well prepared for this call as if it goes well you’ll be invited to the next stage of the process, which is only for candidates Tesla employers are interested in.
