Mazars Numerical Reasoning Test
Mazars Numerical Reasoning test comprises of questions which relate to graphs, percentages and tables whereby you will be asked to analyse data and chose from a set of multiple choice answers. There will be a time limit, usually a minute per question, and so practicing answering these type of questions in timed conditions is vital. This type of test is designed to measure your numerical abilities. Mazars use Kenexa as their test provider.
Mazars Logical Reasoning Test
A logical reasoning test is a type of intelligence test that is designed to measure a person’s ability to think logically. The test usually consists of a series of multiple-choice questions that require the test taker to read and comprehend a short passage of text, and then answer a question based on the information in the passage.
The test can also be used for identifying individuals who have the potential to be successful in roles that require logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Mazars Verbal Reasoning Test
For the Mazars Verbal Reasoning test you will be presented with a series of paragraphs which you will be required to read and then answer questions. Your options will be True, False or Cannot Tell. This test will be assessing your analytical skills. As with the numerical tests, you will be timed and so ensuring that you balance your time between reading the passages and answering the questions is important. Mazars use Kenexa as their test provider.
Mazars Personality Test
The personality test is designed to help Mazars assess an individual’s personality. It consists of a Likert scale format which ask you to rank your opinion on different statements - statements which are designed to measure your personality.
