The Hyundai application process varies depending on the role for which you have applied and also the country in which you are applying, but in general you can expect to complete the following stages during the application process.
The process is similar for internships, graduate roles and experienced candidates.
Online application
All Hyundai applications start with an online application, which asks for basic details alongside work experience and academic qualifications. You will be asked to create a candidate profile, to which you can then attach the relevant application documents.
Hyundai Aptitude Tests
All candidates who pass the initial screening of the online application process will be invited to carry out a series of online tests, which use AI to assess a candidate’s aptitudes. Each candidate will receive feedback on the outcome of the online tests.
Hyundai quantitative aptitude test
The quantitative aptitude test is similar to a numerical reasoning test; it looks at your ability to interpret, analyse and draw conclusions from sets of data.
Hyundai verbal ability test
The verbal ability test assesses how well you comprehend and interpret written information, and whether you can draw logical inferences from it.
Hyundai technical ability test
This will depend on the role applied for, as technical ability is examined in relation to the requirements of the role. If it’s an engineering position, for example, candidates will face technical questions in line with expectations of a base level of knowledge to carry out the work required.
