Baker Tilly Numerical Reasoning Tests
The numerical test comprises of questions which relate to graphs, percentages and tables whereby you will be asked to analyse data and chose from a set of multiple-choice answers.
These are designed to assess your numerical ability. There will be a time limit, usually a minute per question, and so practicing answering these type of questions in timed conditions is vital.
Baker Tilly uses SHL as its provider. You will be asked to take these again at the assessment centre.
Baker Tilly Verbal Reasoning Tests
You will be presented with a series of paragraphs which you will be required to read and then answer questions. Your options will be True, False or Cannot Tell. The verbal reasoning test will be assessing your analytical skills. As with the numerical tests, you will be timed and so ensuring that you balance your time between reading the passages and answering the questions is important.

The case study exercise is used to test your analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
You’ll be presented with information and then expected to provide solutions and answers. It is important to make sure you are aware of the values of the organisation as well as their history and how they deal with clients.
The questions are likely to include broader topics so preparation is key.
